I would say 64/65 in my eyes, very nice coin and wonderful looking rev.
Being that it's CACG leads me to say 63

It's a date known for beautiful coins, and this is no exception. The reverse is fantastic. The obverse has quite a few smaller contacts on the cheek, too many for MS-65. The fields are very nice. The luster is fantastic. The reverse is excellent in all respects. This one may make PL, but that's tough to call from photos. I see the obverse as MS-64, reverse as an easy MS-65, net MS-64+, possibly PL. Very nice coin.

the cheek looks more like just rub. I agree it would keep the coin from MS65. its a nice looking MS64 with a solid MS65 reverse so a + or CAC bean would be appropriate. I'm not seeing any PL surfaces but as FC stated it could be the photos. assessing PL by photo is almost always a crap shoot without depth references
