Yep
These manufactured errorscoins are becoming more & more a problem, every day you can log on & find at least one some of which are'nt even worth mentioning but when the seller is asking $200 for a piece that is worth 50 cents then it needs to be brought to everyone's attention IMO.

Yes, it appears that Fred is very crafty indeed. Same seller that had "19? Half PENNY RARE reverse planchet error two coins melted together".

Here is a dollar coin that has been around a couple of times & nobody has bitten yet,it looks like a 10 cent coin was involved on the obverse.

This 'Shed Job' is one that I found in the wild. It has a partial imprint of 'BETH II' on the Obv rim just under the date, plus you can see where the rim of the other coin crossed over this coins rim and left a diagonal mark.

$2 2003 Obv - PMD

Nancy, I would love to know how you format your photos, in particular the cropped views. Are you using a particular photoshop progamme.! You seem to be the leader in this field and I am an eager student.

Robster, 98% of my formatting is done in Photoscape, a free program that my son downloaded for me. I only use Photoshop when I need to do something that P'Scape can't do, which is not very often as my needs are pretty simple.

I have virtually no tech knowledge, but I did manage to teach myself how to use P'Scape, and am still learning.

I take all my pictures with a Kaiser Baas Digital Scope that I have turned into a hand held as the stand it comes with is totally useless.

If you go to your profile and turn on the Email function, I should be able to send you a PM and give you my email address if you want more info.
