need a better picture but I do not think so. In 1953 the only one I have seen is the D over D, check out this pic and website:

If you can get a light image that might help. It maybe #22, but there is no image on coppercoins yet. A lighter image might show more. If it is #22. there should be a split on the lower serif and an inside curve on the mint mark. Let's see better images and I might be able to nail it down?
