Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 02/25/2007 2:00 pm Zander best I can tell the nickel is not struck offcenter,, all of the design detail are within the rim, or at least where the rim is visable. there will be others along through the day ,, we will get other opinions ! A friend of mine works in a bar and is always handing me coins he finds on the floor there. Most look like that. Something about a bar that accumulates horrible looking money.
