Normally, I do not have problem with recognize L or no L type, but with this I'm not sure. I know that picture isn't too good, but I believe that you can help me. It is not my coin and photo. cwb1877 Pillar of the Community United States 1659 Posts	Posted 06/19/2013 1:45 pm It's hard to tell from the pic, but the color looks more consistent with a copper-nickel 1864 rather than a bronze 1864. All copper-nickel 1864 cents have a rounded bust with no L. Report this Post to the Staff
