Hello:) I need your help with this Indian. Normally, I do not have problem with recognize L or no L type, but with this I'm not sure. I know that picture isn't too good, but I believe that you can help me. It is not my coin and photo. Thank you guys.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but the color looks more consistent with a copper-nickel 1864 rather than a bronze 1864. All copper-nickel 1864 cents have a rounded bust with no L.

Are you sure it isn't pointed bust?

It has no L and is copper-nickel hence it has a rounded not pointed bust. Have you tried to find a picture of a pointed bust 1864 L copper cent to compare it with yours? Ed ANA LM-3175
