AU-50 seems reasonable. That black spot on the obverse is a distraction and might bring the grade down a notch.
Lots of clash marks on this piece.

I would be cheating if I were to grade this coin. Was going to bid on the coin but when for the CHB's.

The detail looks close to MS with the surfaces being a bit of a concern. My guess would be grade of AU53.

i imagine the TPG did not like the marks that run across her chest area or some of the hits on the reverse as well.

I see wisps of luster in the mirrors and my first guess was MS-62 but if in fact the grader marked her down due to some of those hits

I say it netted AU-58

AU58 I could even see this in a low grade MS holder up to MS62, that spot and the mark over the chest of Liberty probably keep it out of MS territory, I'm with dsfreeworld, he does know his Seated dimes and Half Dimes!

pcgs there on the top tier, I got used to photo grading, my grading skills have diminished a little
