Hello! I found a coin that I believe to be the 1995 Double Die obverse penny, can you guys take A look for me? If I could get your opinions, that would be great! Thanks!   |

Can you get a closer shot of LIBERTY? Looks reasonably normal but maybe some MD as noted by Fuzzy.

 I agree. Just split plating on a normal coin from what I can see. Sorry |

Thanks for the input, and one last question: Does split plate doubling give this coin any premium?

It's not doubled. Plate splitting is really common on the zincolns. No premium value. Sorry. But you've got a good eye and you should keep hunting!
