Probably Machine Doubling. It would be awesome if it was a close-AM!

Its a strike issue. Nothing is doubled, just looks like the plating was shoved toward the rim in certain areas. You see this a lot on the mint marks lower edge. This happens on the date also. Interesting color. Doesn't look natural. If it is Machine Doubling you should see some evidence on it on the reverse. Looks more like plating shift when struck.
