The reverse legend means 'Eternal Rome' or 'Rome Forever'. Its good type and temple reverses are popular. EDIT: Your attribution was slightly off, its actually RIC V-2 Siscia 739. IMP CM AVR PROBVS PF AVG RIM-ESC left ROMAE AETERNAE Roma seated left within temple holding globe and sceptre, shield beside her.
