This was a really cool find. I had never seen anything like it. Didnt know for sure where to post this, but figured id share it. The vdb is hard to see from the picture but it is there.

Yeah I know. I'm just thankful, I looked for an 's' and didnt see any evidence of one!

A repousse pin like that one would most likely be worth a litle bit more than the host coin.

I don't think this item has any value to a coin collector. Just a novelty piece.

Definitely like this. I normally do not like it when coins are altered, but I have never seen Washington on a penny before either.
