2013 D penny, then this dot behind him which you can notice when looking at coin almost like it's a little bump. Not sure what it is, if anything, opions? Also, double dyed or some thing? Any input will be appreciated, thanks you

The raised areas next to the rim is Die Deterioration. This is really noticed strongly on the 1980's zincoln cents. (the 80's zincolns were also heavily over polished reducing the height off the field, enhancing the raised area)

Note the area from 12:00 - 3:00.
But it still continues as a problem with the zinc series but not quite as bad.
