Most attractive, shame about that monster hit in the obverse field. I'd say 63.

The good strike might even push it 63+ with a shot at 64.

Maybe MS-63, but the dark photos could be hiding more marks.

Major multiple clash. Nice VAM pickup. Grade: MS63, depending on how deep that scratch is on the obverse; also, it has rim issues at A2 in STATES and A in DOLLAR on the reverse.
