Cleaned Roosevelts With Blue Toning?

LibertyEagle20 Pillar of the Community United States 1180 Posts	Posted 11/26/2016 4:46 pm Picked up this set online but when I got it I believe most of the dimes have been polished or cleaned When I get to the later dates, some of them are blue toned. They look fairly normal to me on the observe but since they are in a batch of polished coins, I assume they have been cleaned too. I also provided a picture of the backs of one of them, as I feel the toning must be natural since it's not on both sides of the coin. What's your opinion on these dimes? Have they all been cleaned? I feared the worst since others in the same album were polished (I could easily tell with those because the detail on the hair is gone but they are still shiny).
