Cleaned Roosevelts With Blue Toning?

Picked up this set online but when I got it I believe most of the dimes have been polished or cleaned

When I get to the later dates, some of them are blue toned. They look fairly normal to me on the observe but since they are in a batch of polished coins, I assume they have been cleaned too. I also provided a picture of the backs of one of them, as I feel the toning must be natural since it's not on both sides of the coin.

What's your opinion on these dimes? Have they all been cleaned? Is this natural or artificial toning? Thanks!

IMHO , None of these have been cleaned . Looks like they all have turned because of the folder they are in .

Thanks for the insight. I feared the worst since others in the same album were polished (I could easily tell with those because the detail on the hair is gone but they are still shiny). I actually like the look of these toned ones, kind of cool!
