Is this anything special?

I thought PL coins are double struck to get a nice clear finish?

This is a 1980 quarter I'm throwing on the ebay soon. Is there anything special about it?

Everything on that reverse is super weak....look at those denticles. Looks completely unfilled as if the pressure was way low on the strike..

Can we also see the obverse..?

The edges look a little unusual. Perhaps the planchet is undersized/foreign? What is the weight?

Hi, it is not just the photo. When I was prepping all my coins for sale, I noticed the 1980 looked very weak.

Here's the obverse. Looks normal to me.

Welcome to the 1980s... even specimen strike coins can look like that... (1978 nickel dollar specimen strike, as an example).
