Placed an offer on this yesterday and was accepted . would appreciate grade and comments . Not sure if Eagles breast is weakly struck or is it rubbed .

It looks like there is some rub on the usual high points listed in the ANA standards, so I'd say AU-58, but I'll also defer to the Walker experts out there. It's a very attractive coin though, I love the luster!

There is no sign of rubbing anywhere else on the coin, so it follows that most probably there is no rubbing on the eagle's breast feathers either, therefore weak strike in this area.
Maybe? debris filled die in this area, because the rest of the coin seems to be reasonably well struck up, particularly eagle's head, Liberty's head and tops of wings. It cannot be a flat in the breast area, because there is no sign of corresponding damage on the other side of the coin, or on the line of Liberty's body.
Otherwise overall, an exceptional coin.
I just love top condition Weinman Halves. My best example is not THIS good!
I will go for 65. Not sure if the TPGraders would add 'comment' or not.

My first impression was a 64-65. Did notice what appears to be a cloudy spot on the obverse between the T and Y coming off the drapery, but not sure.

MS-64. Some hits on the skirt, and and an area of irregular toning or stain in the right obverse field. But very attractive.

Good chance at 65, I think. Flash effects may be obscuring chest feather detail.
