Now let us see how well you do when the questions are about coins from the darkside

Here is a simple quiz on Australian Decimal Currency.

I got 6 out of 10. I suspect that several of those questions would be unanswerable by most Australian Numismatists!

G'day & thankyou,
10/10
in fairness, I was nearly 10 y.o. when "dismal guernsey" was introduced, and so I have been ideally placed to observe the subject-matter of the quiz.
That said, the quiz required me to stretch my memory.
I like quizzes (just got home from a quiz night: very popular in Darwin).

No sense in me even trying. I would not know a Yen for a Yang.

10/10 for me, though I had to cheat a little on #8, because none of the answers are correct!

I'm with GO (2/10). I'm just starting to get into Aussie coins and it was interesting to read the explanations when it was over. Thanks for the quiz!

5/10. I got all the coin questions wrong and all the note questions right. I'm not sure what this means, considering that my knowledge of Australian coins in limited to one trip there 10 years back. I guessed on most

Thanks for the quiz!

I'm not Australian so I don't feel too bad about getting only 4 right.

The average score for this quiz: 6 / 10

I guessed on most of them, thought hard about others. I only got #7 and #8 correct. I knew #8 because I read it somewhere, probably here!

I got 7/10. I guessed at the first 5 about coins. But knew the banknote questions

9/10, but isn't the calculating question slightly incorrect? There were technically two types of 20 cents and 50 cents....
