To me, this coin would be lucky if it got a MS 63 grade. Better bet that
it would grade MS 62. Back when the GSA's were being sold, the soft packs
were considered circulated coins. For example this coin most likely was
in a mint bag for over 90 years. Those bags were not handled very well.
You can see some good hits on the cheek and bag rubs on the high points.
I picked up this coin because it was part of the GSA horde and the price was
right. I am thinking winning it in a bet would be a better price ...
