First and most basic test is to see if these are magnetic. Most fakes are cheap and often made of magnetic alloys. Silver will "tug" almost imperceptibly at a very strong (rare earth) magnet, but will not stick. You can also use the
tissue test (click the link) to distinguish between silver and copper-nickel. If you have an accurate scale, the weight will usually be far outside of acceptable ranges for fakes.
I'll concede that of the three, the Memento dollar might be genuine. The auto dollar is not:
- The grass is all wrong
- The body of the car does not seem raised compared to the rest of the coin
- The headlamps are sloppily engraved and don't point forward
