How does this one look and grade? Interesting color on the reverse and perhaps a weak strike? Thank you for all help on this one

Nothing distracting. Reverse tone is a little splotchy which usually concerns me. It's AU, but it's tough to put a number on it without being able to roll the luster.

Weak strike with a rotated die clash. Maybe a partially grease filled die. I suspect a light cleaning, though.

This is a half dime. Title says dime.

Au53 sounds about right to me and seems coincidental with the date of the coin. I like the toning but it doesn't scream buy me right now. I think that I wish for better luster and surface in the obverse.

That's my new coin buying criterion. The coin must jump up from the table, grab me by the neck and scream "buy me!"

I like your thinking NS!

I like the look of this particular half dime as there are no obvious marks or distractions. The reverse toning is attractive imo.

AU50 overall, reverse would grade higher, toning is nice but uneven and distracting. Coin has some nice errors to it. I think it's a heck of a halfdime. Nice!

Small typo on my part sorry. fixed the title. The half dime looks nice to my eye. I was concerned that the color was perhaps evidence of retoning after cleaning. The weak strike evident by the date. So far, this is one of the nicer arrows variety Ive seen for this type. Thanks all for the help!

I'm at AU-50 as well, perhaps 53 tops.
