First, welcom to CCF. Second, in the future, it may be easier to set up your thread as a regular discussion rather than a poll. Finally, I agree 100% with @john1 that your dime spent some time bathing in acid. It is only worth ten cents and can be safely spent.

Also, looks like a 1997. Telltale sign is the presence of the "P" mintmark.

I have recovered a lot of coins like this, both dimes and quarters, when
metal detecting in salt water. IMO, spending a long time in salt water
can caused this type of damage.
