The best match I can find on Wexler http://doubleddie.com/1469129.html Is WRPM-003. But this coin doesn't seem to have any of the markers, So it's most likely MD, But I had to post. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Not a RPM. It is Machine Doubling.
