The weight goes 2.54-2.55 grams I'm confused why doesn't stay on one weight. Tks.

I assume you mean that it has silver color to it. That most likely means the coin is plated and has no added value.

The weight changing is only about the scale you're using. If you have a ceiling fan spinning above, the air movement from it will affect the reading and cause it to not center on a weight.

Note the very small dings on the rim, they show copper through the new plating on top of the old plating. PSD
