I keep having this nightmare where I'm stuck as Bart Simpson writing on the blackboard:

I WILL NOT BUY MORE TONERS

x 1000000...

Unfortunately, the lesson doesn't seem to be sticking.

I am not really sure if these pictures will be adequate but I tried to take as many as I could to see if you can GTG on this 1938-D. It's in an NGC holder.

Man, you have been on a Buffalo mission for the last couple months. Another series that is not my forte. I probably couldn't accurately grade it if the pictures were good, so I'll venture at ms-64. Just b/c I'm feeling lucky.

I have been on a Large Cent mission (bought 30+ this month) -- I did buy another mini-lot of Buffs (including a 1918, 1918-S & 1924-S) and waiting on them to show up.

This is probably the first slabbed Buff I've bought in a long time. My only others are a 13T1 in 66, a 1916 in 63, and a 1938 S/D in MS65, the 1913 and 1938 being PCGS rattlers.

I've got 7 coins out at PCGS including a couple of nice rainbow Jeffersons, but no Buffs for now...

Must have gotten you mixed up with another user. I haven't seen you around much, lately.

Anyways, back to the grading section! Your presence has been missed!

I think 64 is right. Some hits to the fields keep it from gem.
Rest in Peace

Looks like the coin has a solid strike and strong luster with attractive toning MS66.

The couple nicks on the buffalo are the only marks I see. I'd also go with MS-66.

I love toners too! Pick them up when reasonable!
