I found a 1990 D Lincoln cent that has what look like a double I in Liberty. Wold appreciate any help. Sorry can't get a good picture on my phone. Don't have access to a microscope. But if anyone could give me feedback I'd appreciate it. Thanks

If you can take the best possible picture and post it for us we will be able to help you. But without a pic, we are working literally in the dark

First, welcome to CCF. Second, even a poorly-lit, out-of-focus picture can be better than nothing at all. I don't think that we can help you without some sort of picture. Thx.

Depending on what you are calling a bubble.
Sometimes plating gets split and raises on devices. (usually on the outside of rim devices)

Sometimes die chips happen between the devices on LIBERTY.

Images would help us more. Do a search here on the term: "Die chips" or "BIE" or "Split plating" to see if you can find an example with image on another thread that might be close to what you have. It would just be a guess from a description?
