So the second 1994 D LMC with some odd damage? Still new to this but as soon as I saw this one I simply thought huh? Could this have happened at the mint? Or simply another one of the infinite possibilities of PMD? your opinions are again greatly appreciated.

Looks like someone was experimenting of this one. Kind of looks like ballpoint pen altering. (you can see a hint of blue color on the left side of the building.

This is definitely Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). Someone used a blue pen, and scraped the metal with the ballpoint, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened. Definitely a spender.
