You're very welcome and no problem! I'm very impressed with all of your purchases so far! I'll be excited to see more of them, if you have any more to post.

@urumna, have you estimated the percent coverage by this Cud? Very nice!

Hmmm, now after taking a second look at it, that last picture now looks like part of the surface/phanchet broke off instead of being a Cud.

@USSID18, I thought so to at first, but I'm pretty sure that is just an effect of the lighting. The whole area is raised above the field of the coin.

The reverse is a normal RDV-005. The devices are normal sized. The RDV-006 devices are larger. Having a year variety and a error coin doesn't increase the value. Why? Because two different collectors would only want to pay for only one thing they are interested in. A year variety collector would not pay extra for a cu. and vice versa. If anything, it would be a deal breaker. Best to sell a cross over piece to the highest value. The 1988 RDV-006 dies were used to complete a years run. I've yet to see a worn die on the 1988 cents.

From where I sit that area now looks recessed. uruman- Can you take a picture of the coin from this angle to show us that Cud line?
