1998 No Mint Mark (LMC) Bubbling?

The 1980-D image is not what the title shows. it says 1998 no mint mark. There were no bubble issues on the 1980 cents as they are copper planchets. So you may have the wrong images posted. (we all do it sometime or another. Just replace the images by editing your first post.

I agree that this looks like a small die chip. This was a pretty common location in the '50s.

Is that thing raised, and does ir show breakage? If it does, then it's probably a Die Chip

Pics a bit too blurry for me to distinguish between a die chip or a plating bubble.
