to the CCF! It appears as if the nickel cladding was removed. I have one just like it, different year. Worth face value.

to CCF. Looks like a previously buried coin,environmental damage. You need to name the photos differently.

@jesus111moon, first welcome to CCF. Second, if you accurately weigh this coin, you can determine whether it is environmental toning or the clad layer has been removed. Sorry but in either case, it is worth face value.

The weight should be normal if it is an outdoor find. If the cladding is missing, then the weight should be lighter. Also the strike would be a lot weaker if the cladding was removed.
