I got a $20 this morning from my local convenience store that has the serial number MD11388311D and was wondering if it had any value. It's still pretty crisp, but has a small rip in the top that's contained to the margins, so none of the bill is affected. I'm probably going to spend it anyway but before I did that I wanted to check with you guys to see if it has any value.

Radar note.
If the rip wasn't there then I'd say a modest premium (10-20%).
To me the rip says "spend it".
Describe it as if there were no picture.
Picture it as if there were no description.

Maybe none of the design was affected, but believe me, the note is affected. Radars are fairly common, so being that it's a $20, I'd spend it with no regrets.
