1945 Nickel "d" Error?

Second, when I rotate, enlarge, and enhance your pic, it is not quite in focus enough to look for an RPM. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 12/22/2018 09:46 am Note the coin wear on the whole coin. It show wear from circulation. The mint mark was also worn down as well. That is why it doesn't look normal to you. The glare is also distorting your view of the coin. War Nickels have a large Mint Mark above Monticello....1945 was the last year of the large mintmarks. If it was indeed a 1945 you would have a coin worth a lot! Report this Post to the Staff
