Would an idented strike be the correct term for this coin? Also what would you grade this coin?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like it was struck out of the collar. The indent you hi-lite may be from another flan or token in the way when it was struck.

These Tiffin tokens are generally of poor quality when initially struck especially the reverse. From the details on the obverse, I would grade this a F+ maybe VF.

looks to me like the host coin did not ejected 100% before the next strike, hence it would be a double struck (although VERY minor) or quite possibly because he anomaly is fairly insignificant... PMD

It looks like a post mint damage... although it is difficult to confirm 100% via photos in this case.
