I ran across a 1993 P Dime. At first I thought the coin was damaged but when I looked closer I thought it might be an error when it was stamped because you can still see the little ridges on the side of the coin and the lettering is all mushed. I used to collect wheat pennies when I was a kid but that was back before the internet so I never did learn much about coin collecting...Pics are uploaded and I would appreciate anybody's input! Thank you so much!
That is not an error, it's damage. It is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin and what you have is impossible to have happened then. Keep looking, maybe next time.
