@Venny17, first welcome to CCF. Second, pics that are more in focus would help. In the meanwhile, between the S and O there seems to be a linear defect. It isn't clear to me if it is a die crack or a linear plating bubble. Could you please try to depress this area with a wooden toothpick? Thx.

Nope. This doesn't carry any extra value. Your coin is worth face value. This is a very common plating issue on the 1983 Lincoln Memorial Cents, since they were Copper plated Zinc planchets. http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/
