Finally found one of these in a set of proofs in various slips and suchlike. Hope to still find a nicer one in a roll sometime but they seem to be on the rare side so would be kinda lucky to ever find two of them.

The obverse is actually stronger than I thought it would be from the online images, and it's quite nice. This one is a later die stage (both obverse and reverse) suggesting that there are a lot more of these out there, but where?

The reverse is DDR-022, but at a late die stage and the marker is almost gone plus the doubling is pretty blurry by this point. I do have a DDR-022 in early die stage before it was paired with the DDO-001, and in EDS it's a very nice DDR with excellent notching.

You don't see a lot of the combination of both the DDO and DDR on one coin. Very nice my friend!

Nice find. So for those wondering why the arrow is on the rim is; On proof coins the rims are flat looking. Sometimes markers will be identified by die scratches on the rim area. That is why the arrow is on the rim edge area because of the die scratch.

Very nice find and excellent pictures, is the state of the FG like that on all proofs for that year or is that also a marker?

The FG shows pretty nice doubling, so not the same like that for all proofs on that year. And it is pretty late die stage for a proof. If I get time I'll pull out an earlier die stage of DDR-022 and take a quick shot of the FG for comparison.

I didn't take it out of the slip or anything, but here is a quick shot of the FG on DDR-022 early die stage. This is before the die was paired with DDO-001.

When you think, I'll start looking for one of these. Keep in mind, there are only 3,000 of these. (unless they pull production of this die) On business strike cents hundreds of thousands of these were struck. Just a low number of proof coins are struck with the same dies.

So as the die aged the bottom of the G gradually disappeared, interesting and easily seen with your clear pictures. Nice!
