I would say 63/64'ish.

There is way too much light and reflection to give you a better guesstimate.

Try shooting your pics with ambient room lighting near a window. Crop your pictures to show the complete coin...obverse and reverse.

Not worth TPG'ing in my opinion.

OK, I've removed the coin out of the 2X2 to try and take a better picture. I believe that the plastic on the 2X2 made the coin too reflective. Here are some better ones.

It is a nice die state coin. With the lower light that shows the devices a lot better. I'd bet it might reach MS-65.

I have an inexpensive USB microscope.
I tried investing in a more serious one from Amazon, but also had built-in light, and image was sticking.
Im taking this hobby to the next level. Any suggestions on a good usb microscope?

What is your price range? All scopes will be a challenge with the lights. I have two scopes,and had to block off all but the one light at 12k and still had to put a filter on that. There will be a learning curve no matter what scope you get. What is the make and model of the one you have now?
