Jaypowell40 New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 06/05/2019 07:39 am Hey everyone I'm Jason and I'm trying to find out if this is a mint error on the ear of this 1995 D penny, I've read that there is a Double ear error for the 1995 D penny! tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 1908 Posts	Posted 06/05/2019 08:13 am Yes, 1995-D has a doubled ear variety (die 3). The upper right of the ear is nicely doubled, but the IN GOD WE TRUST is so strongly doubled that it would be hard not to see that long before noticing the bit on the ear. But probably still another doubled ear or two yet to be discovered on those mid to late 1990's coins, so worth looking at. Report this Post to the Staff
