Im reposting this with a somewhat better angle. There is doubling on all letters and numbers of the coin from what I see through my loop that is 16x magnified. I also use a 30x illuminated microscope but pictures are from my phone. I also figured how to upright my pictures for future post. #128516;
Left side of the upper part of the '9'. There she is. Machine Doubling is common on the 1968-1972 cents. In 1973 they changed the process, so it is less often seen after the change. Even the 1969-S doubled dies have a lot of them with MD. Note the yellow arrows.
When looking for the doubled dies on these, keep in mind that it is not just the date area that is affected. Even from far away you can see the doubling: Note that all the devices on the obverse is affected, not just the date area.
