This appears to be "die deterioration doubling" (DDD).

Note all the areas you are looking at on this coin? All the affected areas are towards the rim. So this is die wear. If it were a doubled die, the areas in question would be raised like the devices, wider that the normal devices and most of the time be showing a spread or notching. I see none of that on your coin. Just the devices reaching towards the rim direction. Something to watch for on these images it the affected areas. These do not have the flat shelf like devices that Machine Doubling have. Instead, notice the contour of the devices are present. The enlarging of the devices, notching and what to look for on a doubled die.
