Not valuable in that condition except sentimental Indian Head cents are fairly rare in the wild. In my experience approximately 1 out of 150-200k searched. I've found one or two myself and usually send one that's been dug like yours appears to have been. A 1903 is what I see keeper if you choose a practice coin for cleaning experiments or send it back to make someone else's day#128513;

It was probably green and dark at one time and someone altered the surface. The clue? The color. Copper tends to turn pink when they are cleaned with an acidic dip.
