These are alot shinier brighter 90 pennies than the other ones I've seen are these the 90 no s ?

Not seeing any....the field should be "mirrored" and the devices frosted...let's see what others say...give it some time.... to CCF

These appear to all be common 1990 business strike cents that were made in Philadelphia.

They are not the rare 1990 no S PROOF cents that were struck in San Francisco with a die that was missing the S mint mark.
