Don't think we've seen any of these posted lately, possibly because they are getting harder and harder to find in decent condition. Anyway, here is one which appears to be in the EF-40ish range and has beautiful (Classic Gun Metalish) color. Unfortunately, my photography wasn't able to capture it, LOL...

Take Care
Ben

Correct me if I'm wrong Ben, but that looks like an O-101. I'm trying to get better at this.

Looks nice. I'm too lazy to go find my Overton book right now, but it doesn't look like a rare variety.

Great eye BQ, it is infact an O-101 (very common variety) R-1.

Ben, is that really true all over that nice, original, circulated CBH are getting harder to find? I recall the last couple of shows I went to this year, there were plenty to be found in a variety of circulated grades up to AU. Is there any reason they might not be so available all of a sudden?

Perhaps I should have added a disclaimer -- this is an ebay coin which was purchased in the $100 range. This condition and price was basically what I was getting at.

While I'm sure there is no doubt there are plenty available at shows, the price tag is often prohibitive to fellows like me on a small budget. And, besides I've only been to one (very small 20-30 tables) coin show and believe me they are few and far between in my neck of the woods.

I recall at the Black Hills Coin Show in April coins in this condition had price tags upwards of $300 on them and they didn't sell many.

On the PCGS boards there's a poster noting that all sales on ebay have been slower, lower winning bids, more items not won, and less things coming to market. I couldn't say that first hand, but just thought that it was interesting to note.

Here is another which would have been HTF at the price I picked her up for. Those at the (Black Hills) show were charging $400-$600 for coins with some XFish luster.

Hey there Bonedigger, if I post photos of some of my bust halves can you help me determine "O" numbers for them? I don't have the book but would be interested in adding the variety number to my records.
