It's a 2000 p dime with error all around it what happen and is it worth anything but face value?

Early stage dryer coin. They get reaped between the drum and the wallow the machine and spin around and around an get beat up like that.

to CCF. Looks way uneven and ragged for a dryer coin to me,but it is PMD and not an error.
