I think it will make EF-40, I don't know if the dark spots would bring it down or not.

It also looks like it has some sort of stain on the obverse, the pics are somewhat dark, especially, on the reverse.

Very nice coin.

EF40. Net lower grade because of deep scratch at 9 o clock on the obverse. Otherwise, a nice looking coin.

I'd say EF40 too...due to wear at the brow, check and hair/ribbon junction.

I'd call it AU-50 or maybe AU-53 for details. There are various hits and lots of carbon spots, plus a peculiar mark between I and B of Liberty. That looks raised so maybe it's some kind of die crack, but it could also be damage. The feather detail is I think exceptionally sharp. I think I see wear on the Indian's ribbon and on the reverse shield. The scratch on the neck and the large spot at E of AMERICA are distractions.

In spite of all it's a fairly impressive cent. I'd net-grade the value down to about the EF-40 level, though.
