Hmm, on your photo where you circled the date that rim looks squared off like a Matte Proof . But on your other photos the rim is rounded like just a business strike .
I'll say a very nice MS-65/66 .

Attractive coins, but not a matte proof. Let me know when it gets back. If it comes back as a business strike I'd like to extend an offer on it if you'd allow.

I agree the rim is way to weak to be a matte proof. Considering it's so high grade, it wouldn't be from wear. Still a beautiful coin!

If you are referencing the die line coming off the bottom corner of the 1 as a diagnostic then your coin and the proof example are similar but do not match.

"This piece has a stunning, matte-proof like strike, gorgeous, rich toning, flawless details, and excellent eye appeal! It has been lightly cleaned, but has since re-toned and looks like a matte proof at first glance!"

In my (FREE) opinion, it has what a TPG would say "questionable color", and the seller seems to have a LOT of colorful coins.

Many 1916's have that nice matte proof finish. My 1916 tilted die clash example shows it as well.

Well the strike on all the 1916 coins were designed stronger. (Business strikes and proof dies all denominations) Anyone checked out the prices on the matte proof cents?
