Hands were full. So I put it in my mouth. Variety Vista shows almost the same markers and lettering on mine. So? I'll puke it out, just is it a good one?

Do you know the difference in Red, Red-Brown and Brown? In my opinion I don't think its worth spending money on. Here's why: The Brown DDO doesn't pay enough even if it is in high grades. The Red-Brown you would need a nearly perfect coin to get any money. And far as the RED...same thing as red-brown. So no, don't waste your money on getting this coin graded. Post it online or carry it to a nearby coin shop and see what they say.

Stomach acids will quickly ruin a coin.

Also, saliva and greasy fingers are not good for coins.

...This has to be a top 10 weird post on this forum, no? How is everyone acting so casual about this? Why the heck were you putting a disgusting penny in your mouth in the first place? Unless you're an 11 month-old numismatist or a coin-collecting dog, this makes absolutely zero sense.

If you do wait for it to pass through and find it, it's a keeper. Please don't spend it, I don't want to get it in change ....
