@devrupa, first welcome to CCF. Second, when I enlarge, rotate, and enhance your pics, I'm not seeing anything that I recognize. It looks like the same pattern is on both sides, is that right?

It looks like a possible date of AH1180 (1767) in the blow up of that first photo (unless those are just random marks).

A jeweler's imitation of something Ottoman? I agree there seems to be an Arabic date but the rest of the markings are jibberish.
