@devrupa, first welcome to CCF. Second, when I enlarge, rotate, and enhance your pics, I'm not seeing anything that I recognize. It looks like the same pattern is on both sides, is that right?

It looks like a possible date of AH1180 (1767) in the blow up of that first photo (unless those are just random marks).

A jeweler's imitation of something Ottoman? I agree there seems to be an Arabic date but the rest of the markings are jibberish.

Ottoman gold coins, like several other internationally recognized coins such as gold ducats, silver thalers, etc, were used for international trade for hundreds of years. They may well have found their way to India, China, Africa and other places far from their place of origin.
