On the left side of the 7th column it looks like there is a faint column right beside it, looked at other 1990's and this doesn't seem to be one them, I checked Wexlers but there wasn't anything listed, I was curious to know what others may think.

I don't think this one is a DDR.

Looks like this faint "doubling" shows up on both sides of multiple columns.

Thank you guys, I thought so too but I thought I would ask because apparently it can happen on both sides so I thought I would get some opinions, not a DDR but I will 2x2 it as its still a very nice coin. Cheers

That area was affected on the die with a light polishing. When a polishing happens and the tool falls into the recess for the column, a little metal from the die is removed on the raised bay. This reduction will show as a raised area on the bay area on the coins struck with that die. Not a doubled die, just a die event that will show on coins that were struck after the adjustment happened.
