JohnWayne007 Pillar of the Community Canada 1187 Posts	Posted 02/10/2020 10:30 pm On the left side of the 7th column it looks like there is a faint column right beside it, looked at other 1990's and this doesn't seem to be one them, I checked Wexlers but there wasn't anything listed, I was curious to know what others may think. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/11/2020 2:57 pm That area was affected on the die with a light polishing. When a polishing happens and the tool falls into the recess for the column, a little metal from the die is removed on the raised bay. This reduction will show as a raised area on the bay area on the coins struck with that die. Not a doubled die, just a die event that will show on coins that were struck after the adjustment happened. Report this Post to the Staff
