So I picked up a 1967 SMS from a local antique shop for $9, was looking through it for errors and found this. What do you think? Thank you for your time.

I used both of my scopes for different images, I hope this helped. I used Variety Vista to compare...it was labeled (DDO-006 or FS-101). Thanks Again

So would this fall into the "maybe get graded" category? Seems like a flip opportunity in the making...maybe

Very cool coin. What is the retail value? That will tell you if it makes cents to get graded.

I can't comment as to the value, but I did want to chime in that those separations on the serifs are nice and clear--great pick-up!

In SP-65 it's about $180. What you could do if you really wanted to sell it is send it to Greatcollections raw and have them send it Economy to PCGS. It'll cost you like $10 and then they'll auction it for you. Saves you money.

This one looks like a graded example:
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/24975845
It has a value listed for that grade on this page.

Your example on the 'Y' is even stronger than the PCGS example. Nice find.

I agree the OP coin is probably an earlier die state than the PCGS coin. But multiple hubbings are sharper.
