Found This Interesting 1971 S Penny.. Need Help

It is a 1971 S and it looks like it has a bunch of tiny letters and numbers stacked all over the rim and down the center of Lincoln himself. Just wondering if this is common or worth anything? If it were some that was collectable, the condition would prevent me from saving it. So I wouldn't even look. When I see a coin that if it were something I would not buy, I put it back to work.
